Premium Support Package
Every successful software needs a support team which can answer users’ questions as fast as possible. Here at MyFlashLabs, we have more than 40 active repositories on GitHub. And the number of new issues being submitted there is just getting out of control. Most of the questions are being submitted by users who are testing the demo version of our ANEs. We cannot allow this to decrease our support quality. So, we introduced the premium support package to make sure our customers will receive the best care they deserve and as fast as possible.
The premium Support package comes in two variations.
- • The Silver variation includes 6 months of direct email support through our online private support ticket system to help you with any ANEs related questions regarding their current API or implementation.
- • The Gold variation includes the 6 months period like the silver type PLUS one hour of live Skype/RemoteControl session. For additional live sessions, you can ask for an invoice for extra deposits.
Who should get this package?
- • Old club members who have joined the club before Aug 2017 (or those who are still using our old price tiers).
- • Non-club members who need faster and professional direct email support.
How does it work?
As soon as you join the club or purchase this premium support package, you will receive the instruction on how to find access to our private support ticket system. It’s safe, secure and allows us to easily share project details privately. We will reply back within 24 hours unless we are on weekends or national holidays.
If you purchase the Gold pack, we will also offer you one hour of live Skype chat with remote desktop control.
